About the event
The Strategy Breakfast is a half-day working session for founders and senior leaders who want to step out of the day-to-day and do some honest strategic thinking. Over four hours, we'll map the forces reshaping your industry, pressure-test the assumptions underneath your current plan, and surface what might be missing. It's deliberately small, never more than 12 people, and deliberately hands-on. You'll be asked to contribute, not just listen. A $70 fee covers the morning and a proper sit-down breakfast. At the end, you'll leave with clearer thinking and, if it's the right fit, an invitation to continue the work in a deeper setting.
