Pandemic for Team Collaboration #1
Don't worry, this pandemic comes with pizza instead of lockdowns. But the real question remains: can your team coordinate when it counts, or does collaboration break down under pressure?
Time & Location
May 13, 2026, 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Northeast Indiana Innovation Community, 3211 Stellhorn Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46815, USA
About the event
The cooperative board game Pandemic simulates a team of scientists, doctors, and logistical personnel working in tandem to eradicate dangerous diseases across the globe. What if the simulation included not just the means to research cures and deploy treatments, but the far more complicated process of working seamlessly as a team? Are our practices of collaboration helping us achieve our goals or slowing the progress of our critical missions?
The Gensyn Game Series combines the fun and excitement of games with exploration of techniques and mindsets that can supercharge your execution and unlock your creativity. More than just team building, games offer us ways of understanding concepts and relationships that are approachable and engaging.
Join us for a 90-minute gaming session of adventure, laughter, camaraderie, and, if you play your cards right, a well-earned win.
Participation is free. Pizza and drinks will be provided.
