About Lisa
Lisa is a skilled Project Manager with a passion for strategic planning, team collaboration, and process design. She joined Gensyn Design in January 2025, where she plays a crucial role in supporting client engagements and managing internal operational initiatives. Reporting to the CEO, Lisa coordinates project activities, manages client communications, and ensures seamless execution of client events and programs. Lisa works remotely from Great Falls, Virginia and is easily accessible.
Previously, Lisa directed Enterprise Business Resiliency at Freddie Mac in northern Virginia, where she worked for 28 years. During her tenure, she specialized in helping internal organizations remain agile and prepared, leading recovery efforts, and fostering stability and success across business operations.
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys traveling with friends and family, entertaining and preparing fabulous food, reading, and volunteering for non-profit organizations that support those at risk within her community. Lisa is equally dedicated to personal growth and professional excellence, always bringing energy and commitment to everything she does.
